Meaningful Work From Day One

The Global MDM Analyst Europe plays a key role in maintaining and updating master data related to SAP vendor, customer, and GL data. This role ensures data accuracy, supports system enhancements by testing new features, and verifies function-specific procedures.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the MDM Analyst develops a deep understanding of end-to-end vendor, customer, and GL master data processes. Leveraging this knowledge, they help design and monitor data management solutions to drive efficiency. Additionally, they provide business process support, system governance, and data quality oversight, ensuring seamless data integration and consistency across the organization.

What You Can Expect

As a Global MDM Analyst Europe, you will:

  • Develop and implement global standard automated workflows to regulate changes, creation, extension, and deactivation of vendor, customer, and GL master data.

  • Act as a gatekeeper for Europe master data requests, ensuring standardization and accuracy before updates.

  • Conduct system testing and validation to troubleshoot master data management issues.

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation for vendor, customer, and GL master data.

  • Oversee standardized and complete vendor and customer master data for Route To Consumer market initiatives in Europe.

  • Recommend strategies to enhance data integrity, quality, and availability across the organization.

  • Provide training and support to local market users on master data processes.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure proper documentation of all key data processes and local country requirements.

  • Perform periodic audits and clean-ups to maintain accurate and complete vendor, customer, and GL master data.

  • Proactively ensure master data processes align with evolving business and local market requirements.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting within a business environment.

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, V-lookups, and graphing.

  • Experience with SAP/ERP or similar enterprise software preferred.

  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Coupa, Salesforce, and Google (2+ years preferred).

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
