Purpose:

This individual is primarily responsible for negotiating and sourcing indirect products and services

requested by Stakeholders (SHs) and for supporting Category Leaders on various projects. The

individual will also manage the Purchase Order (POs) Validation Process including supplier

creation following the Procurement Operations Center (POC) Manual.

Location: Świdnica or Warsaw

Key Accountabilities:

Procurement and Sourcing Activities:

● Support local spend sourcing for one/multiple subsidiaries

● Implement Services Procurement processes and procedures (Bids, central management

of sub-categories) and ensure compliance in their subsidiary(ies)

● Perform periodic spend analysis and market research for local or EU projects.

● Active communication with business stakeholders and prioritization of their requests so

as to ensure their purchase requirements are met in a timely manner

● Utilize eSourcing tool to execute competitive bid (RFP, RFI, RFQ, or reverse auction,

Ariba); perform airfreight and railfreights bids using Ariba tool

● Set new vendors in Ariba to extend competitiveness of the offers

● Interact with the Procurement professionals throughout CP, and externally, to leverage

best practices and ensure consistent implementation of global strategies

● Organize and facilitate periodic key stakeholder and suppliers meetings to review

status/issues with ongoing spends, strategies and all new requirements

● Develop expertise with key Procurement Systems/Tools: Ariba, Apollo etc

● Perform Due Diligence and IntegraWatch for new vendors

Purchase Order Management:

● Ensure IR prices are update in the system on timely manner (Labor IT, TR) through

AoDocs and Smartsheets

● Truvant new SKU costing support (Pack materials pricing from Supplier)

● Truvant PM offers for new projects

● Hill’s pricing support

● Create and maintain customisation dB

● PM costing file management

● Ensure that suppliers have received POs and resend, if required

● Ensure all purchasing documents and procedures are ready for audit purposes

Customer Assistance Service:

● Resolve user Ariba queries or forward to appropriate person

● Assist in resolving technical and security issues and interface with GIT (second level

support)

● Budgeting process support - spends collections and analyzes for Budget

recommendation to hubs

● Indexation file management

● Ftg projects submission and support

● Support all Procurement involvement required projects for offers collections and

comparisons

● Benchmarking existing portfolio

● Maintain Procurement tools (RFI file, Templates dB, Payment Terms dB, Deforestation

file etc)

● Inform requesters where to find information regarding “How do I?” questions

Apollo Management:

● Manage and support initiations of any new vendor requests or changes to the vendor

master, in Apollo Vendor, for goods and services sourced and resolve user questions

Requirements:

  • One year experience in a similar position;

  • Knowledge of the European market;

  • Fluent / very good English - needed for everyday communication;

  • Team player;

  • results oriented;

  • Good knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel;

  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
