Job Title: HVAC Technician
Job Description
Seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team focused on residential new construction. The role involves installing HVAC systems in newly constructed homes, working on-site, and collaborating with a crew. Daily responsibilities include loading/unloading tools and materials, measuring distances, using hand/power tools, fabricating or altering parts, maintaining tools and equipment, installing Flex Duct/Register Boots, and other tasks as required. The technician will drive directly to job sites and must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Hard Skills
Experience with outdoor labor
Proficiency in using tape measures and hand/power tools
Ability to fabricate or alter parts using shears, hammers, punches, or drills
Knowledge of installing Flex Duct/Register Boots

Will have to commute to various job sites in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.
Work Environment
This role involves working on construction sites daily, without reporting to an office, alongside a crew of 4-6 people. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with optional Saturdays. Overtime is available. Contractors are required to wear their own work boots and appropriate clothing; other PPE is provided.
