Adecco is assisting a client with hiring for an Accounts Payable/Payroll position in Walworth, WI . This is a 6-9 month contracted position .
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
Pay: $23-$25/hr
Job Qualifications:
Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in employee hours, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.
Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any issues.
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
prepare and process payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in accounts payable and payroll processing.
Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll regulations.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
