What youll do

You will be supporting the team and work on approaches to further improve the teams operations and the customer experience during the engagement with the Industry 4.0 Center Team.

The tasks comprise, but are not limited to:

• Setting up and managing video streaming platforms and equipment.

• Conducting photo and video shootings and post-production processes.

• Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and advancement of new showcases.

• Managing our internal Sharepoint pages, the quarterly Newsletter and our SAP Website as well as Social Media Accounts.

• Execution of own projects

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

• Preferred fields of study: business engineering, computer science, business administration and economics

• Computer skills: MS Office

• Language skills: fluent in German & English

• Soft skills: team player, self-driven, organized, proactive

• Others: prior experience with SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions beneficial

Meet the team

The Industry 4.0 Center Walldorf is dedicated to accelerate the customers Industry 4.0 journey (https://www.sap.com/dmc/exp/2023-02-industry40-experience/) with tailored offerings.

We offer visitors the opportunity to experience end-to-end processes from both the discrete and the process industry at first hand. On an area of more than 500m the customer will be guided step by step through the possibilities of digital production in supply chain with the aid of a realistic, factory-like process setup.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
