**About the Role:  ** As a member of the Private Banking team, you will assist in managing some of the Bank's most significant deposit relationships. You will provide clients with a full range of deposit banking support, facilitate the delivery of digital products, identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and provide administrative assistance to the Private Banking team. The ideal candidate for this role should have banking experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and a passion for exceptional customer service.   **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinates banking solutions, opening and closing accounts as necessary, and handling issues related to digital products.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by providing additional banking solutions or partnering with Business and Wealth Management Advisors.
  • Facilitates the delivery of digital products, including online and mobile banking and payment services (wire, remote deposit capture, ACH).
  • As needed, document client interaction and data using customer relationship management software. 
  • Assumes responsibility for carrying out tasks for the Private Banker as requested, many of which may be confidential or timely. Completes tasks or projects independently when requested. 
  • Assists in managing and arranging the schedule for client meetings. This includes arranging appointments and meetings with internal and external clients.  
  • Anticipates and prepares clients' reports and paperwork before client meetings.
