About the Family Associate Role:

The Family Associate provides administrative and operational support to Family Advisors, working directly with clients, providing the best possible experience while problem-solving and executing requests in a timely and efficient manner. The Family Associate assists by providing Advisor support, client relationship management, bank account administration and operational functions. The Family Associate exercises discretion and independent judgment and prioritizes their work load accordingly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Family Advisors Support

Works with Family Advisors and other DS Baker Advisors team members to support day-to-day and strategic business needs. This includes:

Document all client interaction and data using client relationship management software.

Assume responsibility for carrying out tasks for the Family Advisors as requested, completing the entire task or project independently when requested.

Manage and arrange the schedule of assigned Advisors.  This i
