Schedule Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday Friday

What you will be doing: Youll be responsible for the orderly operation of the center during evenings, weekends, and holidays as designated by the center director, in compliance with government and management directives. Serve as center deputy officer (CDO) on assigned shift, make decision affecting center operations.
Essential Functions:
Coordinate and control group living conditions, evaluate situations and conditions within the dormitories and make decisions or recommendations.
Perform administrative duties involving student passes, evaluations, progress reports, emergencies, and terminations.
Communicate with families of students by mail and telephone as required to resolve problems and assure the well-being of students.
Ensure incidents of misconduct are reported promptly and accurately.
Inspect dorm, areas; ensure maintenance requests are completed as needed; direct dorm patrol and daily cleanup.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Three (3) year experience working with youth, in which, one-year supervisory experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
