Training
All training is paid time. The State of ND has required training. Training is tailored to different positions.

When applications are received, they are made available for all supervisors to view. Our supervisors prefer to schedule and conduct their own interview. Interviews will be scheduled at their convenience.
Positions are ever-changing, please feel free to come in and pick-up an application. After we have received your application we will contact you to set up an interview. And remember, your appearance does matter. Please be presentable and put your best foot forward!
Applicant's Must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Motivated to teach
- Be dependable and reliable
- Assist people with disabilities to be independent in their activities of daily living
- Attend staff meetings
- Be able to effectively communicate with team members
- Have a positive attitude and self-directed
Applicants should be
- Comfortable assisting with personal cares (toileting, bathing)
- Possible behaviors (therapeutic intervention training provided)AND
- Should enjoy participating in community activities as well as in home leisure time activities
*Hours:Evening and weekend hours - to be arranged with the employer. *Great starting wage of $18.00/hour or more DOE!
