Wagner Community Memorial Hospital - Avera Physical Therapist in Wagner, South Dakota
$25,000 Sign-On Bonus **(to be forgiven over 36 months)
$10,000 3-Year Retention Bonus for qualified applicants
Starting Annual Salary of $90,000** with additional consideration for experience
The Physical Therapist provides high quality physical therapy services in a hospital and outpatient setting, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Graduate from an accredited college program of Physical Therapy with a current Physical Therapy License in the State of South Dakota.
CPR will be required (training provided) and previous experience is preferred.
Prior Meditech experience is preferred but not required.
