Kelly Services is hiring Assemblers and Machine Operators for Clampco Products, a worldwide leader in clamps servicing the aerospace, construction, marine, medical, on/off-road vehicles, rail, and water treatment industries. We have IMMEDIATE temp to hire roles!
Monday - Friday
1 st Shift 7:00 am – 3:00 pm $16.00
2 nd Shift 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm $17.50
3 rd Shift 11:00 pm – 7:00 am $17.50
OR
Monday – Thursday
5:30 am – 4:00 pm
4:30 pm – 3:00 am
Assemblers Key Responsibilities
Pull component parts from stock per Work Order specifications.
Assemble component parts per Work Order specifications.
Operate compressed air nutters with correct nut for the order.
Complete Work Order and in-process Quality documentation.
Machine Operators Key Responsibilities
Identify, locate and set up Two-Pin and Three Pin Rolling Machines with proper tooling
Identify, locate and pull bands/blanks for production on Rolling Machines
Ensure work Order and in-process Quality Checks and Documentation
Safely operate Rolling Machines in conjunction with Work Order specifications
Complete all necessary paperwork/data entry
Check parts for quality
Physical Demands
Repetitive bending of wrists/hand, gripping/pressing of parts with hands/fingers
Repetitive reaching of arms to retrieve parts or to load parts into dies
Repetitive use of foot pedal on specific machines
Repetitive pressing of trigger buttons on specific machines
Occasional lifting of single parts and/or bins ranging from 30 to 50 (or more) lbs.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
