Robert Half Training Coordinator in Waco, Texas
Description
We are on the lookout for a Training Coordinator based in Waco, Texas, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting training initiatives, developing training programs, and ensuring workplace safety and quality control. This is 6-month contract opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with technicians to design, develop, and revise training programs and work instructions
• Utilize various training media for effective training delivery
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to quality systems
• Organize and direct site-wide training activities for team members
• Align training activities with site goals for safety, quality production, and retention
• Collaborate with business partners and corporate Learning and Development to create on-the-job training, skill assessments, eLearning courses, etc.
• Develop high-quality training materials such as eLearning modules, facilitation materials, participant guides, worksheets, job aids, and videos
• Maintain training materials and programs in response to system or process changes
• Provide training status reports and execute training sessions according to standards
• Conduct administrative training activities such as tracking attendance, maintaining training facilities, managing supplies, printing training materials, and collecting feedback from learners.
Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Training Coordinator role or similar.
• Proficiency in Assertion Markup Language.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Familiarity with e-Learning Modules and their application in a training environment.
• Expertise in Learning Management Systems for efficient training coordination.
• Knowledge of Maps API for integrating geographical data into training modules.
• Experience with About Time software for effective time management.
• Strong communication skills for clear and efficient information exchange.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
• Proven customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints.
