Schedule Weekly Hours: 40 Bellin Gundersen Health System is seeking to add an Analytics Manager to our growing team! As an Analytics Manager you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, ensuring quality, and guiding product development that creates actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, experience working with Agile teams, and a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing team members. What's Available: Full time, 1.0 FTE Monday-Friday core business hours with off-hour support as needed Remote work options available for residents of WI, MN, or IA only What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science) required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics or data science, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling. Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams. Proven track record of successfully delivering analytics projects and driving business impact. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations. What You'll Do: Lead a team of analysts in designing, developing, and implementing analytical solutions to address business challenges and opportunities. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow their skills and capabilities. Drive innovation by exploring new analytics techniques, tools, and technologies to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on analytics initiatives. Build trusted partnerships throughout the organization at all levels to ensure measurement efforts drive smarter action. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the organization. Lead Agile teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions. Empower, encourage, educate, and facilitate teams toward the achievement of strategic goals. Tell the Enterprise Analytics Value Story internally (Leadership Committees) and externally (presentations & Forums). Ensure teams have visibility to strategic objectives and initiatives so that energy returns maximum impact. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of analytics initiatives and utilization. The Manager translates System strategy into staff commitment, action, and accomplishment in their AOR.
