An established company located in Vista is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Manager to lead its human resources efforts and contribute to the organization’s growth and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies that align with company goals and regulations to foster a cohesive work environment.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
Design and maintain compensation and benefits programs that meet industry standards and boost employee morale.
Lead training and development initiatives to drive productivity and encourage continuous learning.
Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA requirements relevant to the agricultural sector.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, ideally within agriculture, manufacturing, or similar industries.
Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and industry-specific regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate a diverse workforce.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
