An established company located in Vista is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Manager to lead its human resources efforts and contribute to the organization’s growth and employee satisfaction. As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in creating processes, managing compliance, and driving employee engagement, while supporting the company's mission to deliver excellence in agriculture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with company goals and regulations to foster a cohesive work environment.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.

  • Design and maintain compensation and benefits programs that meet industry standards and boost employee morale.

  • Lead training and development initiatives to drive productivity and encourage continuous learning.

  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA requirements relevant to the agricultural sector.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, ideally within agriculture, manufacturing, or similar industries.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and industry-specific regulations.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate a diverse workforce.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
