Job Description
The Customer Service Manager oversees a team of Desktop Support Engineers providing technical support for desktops and laptops, including account administration, MS Exchange support, PKI assistance, device imaging and deskside support.
Responsibilities
Oversee Desktop Support Team
Provide Knowledge Management
Write Self Help Documentation
Lead the Escalation Process
Create ServiceNow tickets for all customer requests for service and/or assistance.
Provide Move, Add and Change (MAC) Support
Qualifications
Management Experience on Similar Programs
Experience Providing On-Site Desktop Support
Experience working with Customers
Experience using ServiceNow
ITIL Certification is a Plus
Past experience on Department of Veterans Affairs projects is a plus
