Job Description

The Customer Service Manager oversees a team of Desktop Support Engineers providing technical support for desktops and laptops, including account administration, MS Exchange support, PKI assistance, device imaging and deskside support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Desktop Support Team

  • Provide Knowledge Management

  • Write Self Help Documentation

  • Lead the Escalation Process

  • Create ServiceNow tickets for all customer requests for service and/or assistance.

  • Provide Move, Add and Change (MAC) Support

Qualifications

  • Management Experience on Similar Programs

  • Experience Providing On-Site Desktop Support

  • Experience working with Customers

  • Experience using ServiceNow

  • ITIL Certification is a Plus

  • Past experience on Department of Veterans Affairs projects is a plus
