Position Summary

The Talent Acqusiition Partner will be responsible for developing a proactive approach to attract top talent for positions at ISC2. Responsible for identifying and recruiting highly qualified candidates across various functions according to the needs of the business for the US, UK, Hong Kong and Singapore entities and across our global remote workforce. The candidate will work collaboratively with HR business partners to create and to further develop best practices and effective metrics, putting in place correction actions when required. This role leads and owns the recruitment and selection efforts via activities including planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and initial onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Full life-cycle Recruiter responsible for managing the overall process, strategy, and execution of corporate talent acquisition / recruiting efforts for the global organization. Typically carries of a req load between 15-30 reqs. - Works and communicates directly with external vendors/partners including staffing agencies and HR platforms and resources (i.e. 3rd party background screening company; ATS vendor, etc.) - Owns the candidate experience through all recruitment stages; keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process; foster relationships with past and potential applicants; professionally represents the culture and core values of the organization; ensures a positive experience. - Promote ideas and strategies which elevate the employer brand and employer value proposition (EVP). - Responsible for continous improvement of the recruitment process and steps to hiring managers; clarify necessary compliance and communication (follow-up) expectations; align with the hiring manger on interviews (quantity, participants) and interview coordination. - Manage the overall health and data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS); responsible for all activity within the platform. Maintain accurate, compliant notes/documentation on all job requisitions, interviews and candidate feedback to ensure an ‘audit-ready’ posture at all times including US OFCCP compliance. - Train managers on legal and effective interviewing practices, and to consistency and objectively evaluate candidate qualifications, technical and non-technical skills, and overall alignment with the job requirements and organizational/cultural fit. - Support assigned onboarding tasks to provide a welcoming onboarding experience. - Provide detailed and accurate reporting on recruiting metrics, job requisitions and candidate statuses to ensure HR, Finance, and IT are informed and prepared for impacts and changes related to staffing (budget, equipment needs, facility planning, etc.). - Maintain knowledge of recruiting trends and overall HR best practices and laws/regulations. Provides feedback to HRBP's and Compensation on information relating to market trends.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study; previous related experience of at least 7 years will be considered in lieu of degree. - Minimum 5 years of in-house recruitment experience for various positions and teams; full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding. Must have experience recruiting in a minimum of two countries. - Experience utilizing competency-based, behavioral interviewing experience in multiple countries.

Physical and Mental Demands

• Occasional overnight travel for recruiting events and training seminars or conferences • Work extended hours when necessary • Other: Professional appearance required • Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods • Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components
