AIG Senior Relationship Manager - Global Accounts in United States

SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – Global Brokers

To ensure retention of existing business, identify and deliver a constant stream of targeted new business opportunities across the range of AIG products. By developing and maintaining relationships with Global Brokers, securing strong relationships with key business influencers within the Global Broker network.

Job Requirements:

  • Deliver annual new business production and cross selling from existing clients (Complex / Corporate) in line with set objectives and in accordance with the Sales process.

  • Ensure retention of all Key renewals within assigned portfolios in line with Profit Centre renewal strategies.

  • Develop and maintain an understanding and working relationships with Global Brokers.

  • Facilitate AIG Corporate relationships at all levels with Global Brokers.

  • Identify and maintain regular contact with key business influencers at Global Brokers on assigned portfolios.

Principle tasks

  • Drive growth and develop Global Broker portfolios and achieve budgeted sustained growth.

  • Target new business and cross sell opportunities.

  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly meetings with Global Brokers to ensure profitable growth.

  • Identify new and cross sell business opportunities, pipeline management via Salesforce for Global Brokers

  • Maintain a working knowledge of targeted Industry groups and align AIG’S U/W appetite for targeted segments.

  • Manage AIG’S Salesforce database for all accounts with Global Brokers.

  • Manage designated ad-hoc projects.

    Key objectives

  • Ensure renewal of all Key renewals within designated portfolios in accordance with Profit Centre underwriting strategies.

  • Achieve new business budgets.

  • Further strengthen & build Global Broker relationships, leveraging off our global agreements, with the support of International and to maintain a leading Complex Segment position. Build & grow our Corporate Segment, especially High Margin lines.

  • Specific account targeting/ pipeline management. (Salesforce)

  • Enhance and assist in the development of our Client Engagement capabilities

  • Facilitate Client Round Tables, Thought Leadership & Industry Events

  • Facilitate Deal Days, Broker and Client Academies

  • Support our multinational team and market our capabilities in this area of significant opportunity

  • Support our FAC RI Re-Insurance growth plan.
