Applause Senior Product Manager in United States

Senior Product Manager

Responsible for enhancing, maintaining and managing various components of the Applause platform. This individual will work collaboratively with the team to generate product requirements, determine specifications, production timetables, and plans for product introduction and rollout. You will have the opportunity to explore new product opportunities as well as work on more established platform components.

Responsibilities:

  • Engages with internal and external stakeholders to understand business challenges

  • Conducts client interviews and may share responsibility for user groups and advisory board

  • Uses variety of inputs to prioritize business challenges and identify solutions

  • Write requirements and collaborates closely with Engineering to build and deliver products

  • Monitors new product updates and measures success against defined KPIs

  • Identifies ways to drive business efficiencies by delivering more automated solutions

  • Provides mentorship and guidance for other product team members

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 6-10 years of product management experience

  • Experience with B2B and SaaS-based solutions preferred

  • Solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and adjacent technologies

  • Experience with Agile product development

  • Experience with quality and testing products or services a plus

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Self-starter with ability to drive decisions and lead projects from start to finish

  • Exceptional decision-making, prioritization, and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships across all organizational levels, i.e. peers, vendors, clients

  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
