Overview
Join a fast paced, agile team servicing a globally recognized technology and retail brand. Work independently leading daily communication with internal and external parties - ensuring timelines are followed, projects are within budgets, and deliverables reach the desired quality. Champion our creative vision alongside our teams and communicate client expectations as needed.
Responsibilities
Decompose scope, consolidate the Estimate of multiple teams and transform into executable plans
Manage timelines and vendors - lead communication between client and vendors
Review and thoroughly comprehend all key documentation from the sales cycle, including proposal, approach and SOW
Create Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project plans
Work with Staffing to finalize Staffing Plans and identify if any outstanding resource needs remain
Articulate Razorfish delivery process/methodology effectively and successfully, internally communicate explicit Client constraints related to scope, timeline, cost or dependencies
Work with Client Services Lead, discipline experts, and Client to define scope for the required work
Communicate financial impacts to staffing changes
Present Kick-off materials to Client and Stakeholders
Proactively identify and mitigate risk from the plan, manage and control project scope and the change control process to ensure that projects are completed within schedule and budget
Identify and implement the right media for communication (e.g. meeting, video conferencing, emails, offline tools)
Escalate to project leadership when conflict situations become critical / require urgent resolution
Communicate planning outputs to senior team members and Clients, and facilitate final agreement on ways of working (internally and with the Client)
Work with the daily client contact to assure that solutions are understood and address customer’s business requirements; discussions on project issues and risk
Ensures key decisions and next steps are clearly captured and quickly communicated to Clients; ensures they're addressed by the team
Communicate to Client or Stakeholder when we cannot meet requirements and work toward a solution, including partial solutions if expectation cannot be met
Establish and effectively manage client expectations
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years experience managing small-to-medium non-complex projects of approx. $1M in revenue
Experience or exposure to CRM work
Understand and experience using at least 2-3 planning tools, (Workfront, Smartsheets)
Knowledge of the project inputs / documentation required for defining acceptance criteria, e.g. stories and use cases
Ability to organize and use internal tools (Confluence, JIRA, MS Teams) to meet project and Client requirements
Understand the basics of the different delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum, Kanban, XP)
Ability to explain to team members the Roles and corresponding Responsibilities for each methodology
Experience driving internal Kick-off meetings and garnering appropriate participation of all required team members
Ability to communicate challenges and requirements to the team, and participate in solution development
Experience setting up tools (e.g. MS Teams, Webex, Zoom video conference) in advance of meetings
Knowledge of and ability to use key facilitation tools such as: Session opening and closing, Timekeeping and flexing, Main/Break-out sessions
Ability to use facilitations techniques to accomplish basic goals (Ice breakers, Issues and risks session, Scoping exercise, Post mortem, etc.)
Experience negotiating with clients in regards to workplace policy
Ability to hold others accountable for meeting workplace expectations
Capable of challenging the process by asking hard questions and leading others into confronting realities
Ability to manage team conflict with hel

Compensation Range: $74,000 - $96,000/ yr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
