ICONMA, LLC Senior Compensation Analyst in United States

The Senior Compensation Analyst will facilitate the design, development, execution, and communication of the organization’s compensation programs, tools, and processes.

  • This may include advanced data analysis, position benchmarking, equity adjustments, salary offers, market adjustments, organizational restructuring, and legal compliance of organizational pay practices.

  • Lead key initiatives such as the development of Career Ladders, Licensure Expiration Management Automation, Reassignment Process, and Regulatory Compliance.

  • Conduct training and serve as an expert resource to HR and leadership providing consultation for tactical and operational compensation issues and the interpretation of compensation guidelines.

  • Acts as a lead to the Compensation Analysts to ensure accurate updates to compensation related HR data in the system of record. Coordinates day-to-day compensation projects/tasks as well as large company-wide compensation initiatives.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3-5 years of job related experience
