Vectorworks Sales Program Coordinator (Remote, billing and customer service) in United States

When you join Vectorworks, Inc., you will collaborate with an international team of sales, operations, and marketing professionals to support the overall success of the company. The Sales Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting our sales programs and projects by providing a first-class experience to Vectorworks customers throughout the US and other global direct markets.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Contacting customers with overdue accounts and attempting to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate alternative payment options.

  • Ensuring timely intake of customer calls and providing accurate and thorough responses to inquiries

  • Coordinating program efforts with team members and other departments to achieve monthly sales goals

  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships

  • Accurately maintaining customer renewal status and contract information

  • Enforcing program policies

  • Implementing, monitoring, and making adjustments to the Retention Program

  • Contacting customers and resolving issues, providing a comprehensive approach to the customer’s requests

  • Providing feedback to management about current contract and renewal statistics

  • Maintaining input of new/existing client information into various databases

  • Assisting in the creation and deployment of marketing materials and campaigns directed at contract retention

  • Working with the sales team to assist with research and reporting of customer information

About you:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma and 5 years of related work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field preferred, and 2 years of related work experience

  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, NetSuite, Salesforce, and other database applications

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Must have a pleasant phone voice, ability to speak clearly and articulately. Ability to handle a high volume of both incoming and outgoing calls

  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

  • Ability to maintain positive contacts within all levels of the organization to explain and interpret information or ideas and follow up on client requests

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills

  • Ability manage stress and change in a fast-paced environment

Extra Credit:

  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Experience with billing and/or collections
