Overview

We’re looking for a Process Automation Engineer to join our team.

Even though this is a remote role, we prefer the candidate to live in the Eastern or Central time zone since this is where the majority of our locations reside.

The Process Automation Engineer works with the Revenue Department leadership and teams to research, identify, design, program, simulate and test automated processes in order to complete tasks utilizing various forms of technology. Primary responsibilities include creating, documenting, maintaining and executing scalable, high performance automated coverage solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, reduce operating expenses and increase capacity.

The Automation Engineer is expected to have a passion for replicable, structured approaches to automation and a desire to collaborate with users and stakeholders in the creation of automation processes.

About You

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT field with focus on system automation or area of functional responsibility preferred, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.

  • Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices.

  • UiPath Platform Expert - Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Robots for managing bots and automating process.

  • RPA Maintenance support - experience in bot monitoring, troubleshooting issues and maintaining existing automations.

  • Workflow Optimization - skilled in identifying areas for process improvement

  • Incident Management experience

  • Version Control and Code Management experience including familiarity with Git, Azure Dev Ops or similar version control systems

  • Process documentation experience

  • VB, .NET, SQL experience preferred

  • API integration experience preferred

Certifications:

  • UiPath RPA Developer Certified required

  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) preferred

  • UiPath Orchestrator certification preferred

  • ITIL certification preferred

  • Agile or Scrum certification preferred
