As a Recruitment / Workforce Development Administrator, you will work within a team to coordinate, maintain, and manage general office duties along with helping to recruit and onboard new employees. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities • Grow Candidate pool and manage Taleo applications • Manage and maintain open position advertisements • Phone screen, schedule interviews, and onboard new employees • Track and manage hiring pipeline • Engage in local markets • Attend off-site hiring events • Support all recruitment/retention initiatives and provide regular metrics updates • Provide administrative support to the Safety Committee • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
