ICONMA, LLC Document Specialist in United States
Our Client, an American provider of industrial automation and digital transformation technologies, is looking for a Document Specialist for their Coraopolis, PA location. Responsibilities:
Perform final inspection of mainly paperwork/files: test records, traveler/router, incoming inspections and product prior to moving to stock or shipment. Verify paperwork/files are complete utilizing and filling out an Inspection Checklist. Assure in-process and finished products meet documented company requirements.
Frequently interacts with team members at the facility to obtain files required for inspection.
Create final digital certification package (Doc package/Cert package) of sometimes 500 pages by pulling in test results, inspection results, etc.
Doc Package must be presentable for supplying to customers.
Is comfortable asking team members for information missing from the database, ie incoming inspection results or test results, (information that is required for inspection or doc packages).
Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Receives training and on-going support to answer questions to assure job is performed properly.
Receives assignments in the form of production schedule which lists items ready for inspection to stock or inspection to ship.
Requirements:
Must be organized and professional, following the templates for specific customers.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of related quality inspection experience- paying attention to detail in inspections, gathering required information, assuring documented output from manufacturing and test is completed properly per procedures.
Use of calipers, micrometers, etc is not required, this is mainly verifying reports are completed and stored properly.
