Job Overview

Jensen Hughes is seeking a Quality Assurance specialist to support the Quality Assurance and Quality Compliance teams and programs. This person may sit anywhere within the continental United States. This person will assist the Director of Quality Assurance with implementation of the Jensen Hughes Quality Assurance / Quality Management programs.

Responsibilities

  • Providing oversight and guidance to Jensen Hughes personnel in the implementation of company quality management programs and systems;

  • Participating in internal and supplier audits;

  • Supporting client and registrar audits of the Jensen Hughes programs and systems;

  • Implementation of the Corrective Action Program, including investigations, root cause analyses and effectiveness reviews;

  • Developing initial and refresher training programs;

  • Developing and maintaining system policies, procedures and instructions;

  • Performing contract and project quality plan reviews;

  • Tracking corrective actions, improvement items and audit findings to completion.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum five years experience in quality assurance / quality control in a technical environment (engineering, software, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following:

  • 10CFR50 Appendix B

  • 10CFR21

  • 10CFR Part 830, Subpart A

  • ASME NQA-1

  • DOE Order 414.1D

  • CSA N299-series

  • CSA N286

  • CSA N286.7

  • ISO Standards

  • ISO 9001

  • ISO 14001

  • ISO 45001

  • ISO 19443

  • Previous auditing experience (Auditor certification preferred (ASME NQA-1, ASQ, etc)

National Pay Range

$80,000—$120,000 USD
