ICONMA, LLC Project Administrator I with Georges Clermont in United States
Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Project Administrator I with Georges Clermont for their Montreal, QC/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
Support project coordinators in meeting ever-changing needs.
Prepare projects/documents for integration into the CAT tool (memoQ).
Process translation/update requests submitted in the request management tool (Flowfit) and assist clients as needed.
Ensure that the kits are created in memoQ.
Loop projects in Flowfit, align document pairs in memoQ as needed, and upload them to translation memory.
Evaluate translation projects, ensure that all necessary information is included, assign projects to the internal team or external suppliers according to workload, costs, budgets and deadlines.
Collaborate with internal customers to assess their needs, manage their expectations, inform them of our Service Level Agreement and, if applicable, costs.
Act as a resource person for internal clients and members of the Translation Services team on matters related to coordination, request processing, request management tool and invoicing.
Carry out various projects to improve processes; document and implement best practices.
Develop and cultivate strong relationships with the head of his/her translation team, business partners, external suppliers and co-workers.
Guide the internal team, suppliers and internal partners on the use of the request management tool (Flowfit) as needed.
Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in coordination or project management in an in-house translation service or translation agency
Knowledge of Flowfit and memoQ, or a similar CAT tool and translation request management system.

Problem solving, process improvement, etc.
Knowledge of basic computer tools (MS Office)
Excellent command of French and English (written and oral)
Computer skills with the MS Office suite
University degree or diploma in translation or related field, a definite asset
