*Hours: *Nights with rotating hours and weekend coverage
*Required Travel: *Float to other locations as needed
What you will need:
License:Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
Education:Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN required. Masters in a health related field preferred.
Certification:BLS/CPR & ACLS Certifications for the Healthcare Provider required
Experience:Prior nursing experience, evidence of leadership, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Must demonstrate competency in the care of all patient age groups.
What you will do:
The purpose of this job is to coordinate the allocation of inpatient bed assignments within the constraints of bed capacity and staffing
Provide clinical, administrative, and problem-solving support to personnel on days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays to facilitate the delivery of safe and effective patient care creating an environment that promotes customer loyalty for all customer groups (families, physicians and employees)
