Manager - Training & Certification (Field Quality Assurance)

Your main responsibilities

Overall lead the Training and Certification of PSI's in KG-IND. Responsible for planning the certification of new and existing PSI together with BFQEM. Ensure effective usage of iQualify App for T&C activities. Support. Represent KG-IND during TCSA & ISO audits related to training and certifiation.

Key responsibilities include:

● Plan the certification of new and existing PSIs along with Branch FQE Managers.

● Monitor & follow up with Branch FQE Managers for certification of new PSI within 90 days.

● Corordinate and allocate SMI for evaluation of the nominated PSI.

● Ensure all certifications are carried out via iQualify app

● Verify punching of relevant activities in iQualify and approve SAP access to PSI after certification.

● Publish and share certification data to SU, HR and Branches every month.

● Verify and ensure alignment of certification data of KG IND and AP HUB.

● Represent KG IND during TCSA & ISO audit related to Training and Certification.

● Implement Group projects assigned to KG-IND.

Education Degree in any discipline. Preferably degree in Engineering.
