Old Harbor Solutions LLC , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to support our government client.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct topical reviews;

  • Perform independent review of procurement documents;

  • Support policy writing

  • Support to the clients Core Policies Project;

  • Support to the clients Acquisition Central Electronic Desk book project;

  • Support on the clients Data Call Responses;

  • Support for improvement of clients quarterly cost saving initiatives;

  • Support for the clients Category Management and Strategic Savings Reporting;

  • Support for clients Contractor Human Resources Management team reporting and reviews; and

  • Support for Acquisition Streamlining.

Requirements:

  • US Citizen

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

  • Ability to pass Agency Clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.

  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in federal government contracting or a combination of equivalent experience.

  • Experience with and application of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR), and DOE Orders.

  • Experience with mission support optimization, process improvement, and performance management.
