View them here: https://www.usajobs.gov/Search/Results?mco=OPM-HRS Responsibilities Typical Duties: Assists the Director of the Federal Executive Institute (FEI) in managing all FEI programs and policies, carrying out complex and sensitive tasks that require extensive research, data analysis, and defense of conclusions. Coordinates and monitors critical FEI initiatives, advising on significant issues and recommending actions to mitigate potential problems. Advises the FEI Director on internal personnel policies and changes, and act as a liaison between the group and the Human Resources Services (HRS) HR team for personnel matters. Reviews and evaluates laws and regulations to determine their impact on current operations, developing implementing guidance and standard operating procedures as needed. Develop data collection and analysis methods, track administrative management of work projects, develop reports, and respond to requests for operational data. Specialized Experience: GS-14: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing ALL the following duties: Applying analytical and evaluative methods to assess organizational activities; AND Providing leadership with final recommendations or guidance on organizational priorities and policies; AND Executing program plans and processes that align with the overall needs of enterprise priorities; AND Coordinating with business partners and interagency offices to meet the mission objectives. Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-13 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS 14 level. You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Education Additional Information Relocation expenses will not be paid.
