Your day to day 你的每一天
按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的餐饮服务。
与上级领导交流有关疑难，客人意见和其它相关信息。
与员工建立并保持良好的工作关系。
参加和参与每日的例会和其它计划好的会议。
参加和参与计划好的培训课程。
正确处理客人的投诉。
按照酒店的规定存储餐饮存货。
承担相关的职责和安排的特别项目。
了解当前酒店所有的活动。
采取行动，以纠正危险情况，并通知上司所存在的潜在危险。
熟悉财产安全的保护，急救和消防及紧急应变程序和设备，并安全敏捷地操作。

具备读写能力和科技知识——你需要对阅读、写作、基础数学和计算机有很好的掌握
灵活—夜间、周末和假日倒班都是工作的一部分
符合要求—在满足当地食品处理和供应酒水方面的法律要求，并能流利地使用当地语言
能言善辩—一个伟大的沟通者，你会很热情，受欢迎，很容易交谈
学历—高中以上
经历—1年相关工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
