Analyzes, enhances, installs, tests and modifies enterprise-wide operating systems for both new and existing systems. Develops requirements, workflow and systems analysis. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities. Establishes standards for development and maintenance of new and existing products.

This job can be filled as a full time teleworking position preferably near a Northrop Grumman location.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Advanced “Business Systems” User to include SAP, Costpoint, Ariba SLP and other Northrop Grumman GSC systems and tools

  • Responsible for sector engagement and communication to all stakeholders for systems and initiatives

  • Attempt to raise issues for diagnosis and to convey corrective actions

  • Categorize and Describe System Issues

  • Assist with getting support from Corporate GSC for testing proposed solutions

  • Communicate System Changes to all stakeholders and keep leadership informed of progress and status

  • Support Training Related to New Solutions and Enhancements

  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization (senior management, representatives of the business departments, IT peers, employees) and externally (outside vendors, peer companies, etc.)

  • Participate in Recurring L1/L2/L3 Coordination Meetings

  • Supports other duties as assigned or required to make the Corporate GSC programs and projects that are prioritized successful

  • Transition the business functional needs into a technical design/solution to support end user requirements

Communication:

  • Strong written and verbal Communication skills with various levels of audience (users, management, senior leadership)

  • Ability to document requirements specifications

  • Actively lead meetings as well as identify solutions to support long term/strategygoals

Teaming/Enterprise Approach:

  • Collaborate well with other developers

  • Strong customer intimacy approach

  • Support short term and long term team goals

  • Take and implement direction well

  • Provide constructive direction and feedback

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of related experience or Masters Degree and 7 Years of related experience

  • Lead activities to ensure successful deployment of roadmaps for the enterprise GSC

  • System/Enterprise and Functional Support

  • ERP – SAP and Costpoint

  • Frontend and GSC enterprise tools

  • Ability to comprehend and translate technical requirements to the enterprise stakeholders for GSC

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior System Implementation Experience

  • Data Analytics Experience

Salary Range: $114,300.00 - $171,500.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
