Modivcare Graphic Designer in Denver, Colorado

This position is responsible for working cross functionally to produce brand compliant graphics for use in proposals, reports, training, presentations, websites, operations, and marketing materials.

You will...

  • Freehand and utilize computer software, prepare technical and non-technical visual presentations through designing art and copy layouts for publication.

  • Partner with creative personnel, marketing, and other graphic professionals to gather information and materials needed for design.

  • Illustrate established design concepts by designing a rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size, style, and related aesthetic concepts.

  • Prepare finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment.

  • Assist with the coordination of photography, artwork, and printing.

  • Focus on developing original graphical elements and revising/customizing current graphics.

  • Ensure compliance with and proper execution of the organization's brand standards by developing marketing and proposal deliverables within approved branding, and communication areas.

  • Promote the brand strategy to company staff with brand and image development, when appropriate

  • Enhance graphically the impact of marketing initiatives and deliverables with custom layouts and graphics.

  • Create original graphical elements for technical and non-technical content for proposals and marketing-related materials.

  • Maintain and update materials in the proposal management image library promptly.

  • Work with/interview subject matter experts from different areas of the company to conceptualize and render graphical elements/designs for proposals and marketing-related materials.

  • Suggest and help implement content and formatting changes to our sites and documentation to maximize their effectiveness with all target audiences.

  • Interface with all levels of internal staff and management, along with some interaction with external resources to develop proposal content and participate in document production.

  • Work with the organization's IT team to manage and update the company website, if required.

  • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.

We are excited to speak to someone with the following...

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design required.

  • Five (5) plus years of experience in creating business proposal marketing communications graphics, developing web graphics, setting up/updating web content for printing, and document design/formatting.

  • Experience with knowledge (document) management tools.

  • Experience working with various web layout/content management software packages.

  • Experience designing website content and layout.

  • Strong working knowledge of web layout and content management software.

  • Working understanding of various web media including Flash, audio, video, and animated graphics.

  • Experience with healthcare services proposals, preferably Medicaid and managed care-related proposals

  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of and utilizing applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML.

  • Demonstrated creative thinker and idea generator

  • Demonstrated success in contributing to winning competitive proposals and marketing materials.

  • Proven ability to work with website developers to create rich, interactive websites.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as daily interaction with all levels of management will be required.

  • Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision and broad direction.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: $60,800 - $82,100
