Sartorius Field Service Engineer in United States
The field service engineer will be responsible for delivering the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction and maximizes customer retention.
The field service engineer will also be responsible for looking after the whole LPS portfolio which includes out Bio Analytical and Lab Equipment products.
Location: Queensland
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance tasks
Provide service, customer support and training during field visits
Provide remote technical support when required
Provide quick turnaround times for equipment repair
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Follow all company procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Build positive relationships with customers
Being a team player
Work remotely with no supervision
Required to travel across Australia and New Zealand to visit customers
Travel can be up to 20-30% per year
Qualification & Skills:
Technical degree in engineering, electronics or suitable trade background
A Science background is a bonus
Some plumbing experience is a bonus
Live cell imaging, flow cytometry, BLI and SPR technology experience is a bonus.
Minimum 2 years of proven field service experience
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
