Job Summary We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Field Engineers who will be responsible for delivering technical support, conducting installations, and performing repairs and maintenance of IT equipment at client sites. This role requires a blend of technical prowess, customer service excellence, and the ability to work independently in various environments. Job Description:
Break fix repair of Industry standard enterprise level servers, blades, storage and networking equipment.
Working with various teams in the data center environment to schedule service outages, repairs, and validations, and inventory control and the associated paperwork. Interact in a professional manner with onsite customer personnel and the local team.
Background in Hardware Server and /or Storage repairs, Data center experience as plus
Specific Server and Storage training will be provided
Learn and retain proprietary processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Shift start time and end time? 8-5 M-F + afterhours stand-by
Will the individual be required to work on site/is this remote? Remote – at customer sites
Required Skills and Experience:
Must have HANDS ON Smart Hands experience in data center, knowledge on router and switches, break-fix on Dell Equipment.
A+ Certified only!

Weekly Mileage: 250-350 per week
Contract Type: Contract (Possibility for extension)
