Masco Corporation E-Commerce Specialist in United States
The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for coordinating all online activities to drive awareness, engagement and revenue. This position will support the Ecommerce Manager to develop, drive, and grow sales with digital market places. The Specialist will lead the day to day execution of online content and is expected to collect, organize and manage the quality of our channel presence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Publish content to meet the requirements of approved Ecommerce partners.
Participate in project brainstorming and concept development.
Coordinate site content strategy and updates, i.e. product pages, new and existing landing pages, product changes/updates/launches, etc.
Maintain, improve, and add A+ content to Amazon product pages (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, etc.) to increase product and keyword ranking
Create rich enhanced content for effective launches and repurpose existing content to optimize the consumer experience and sales volume.
Monitor, analyze and report on performance metrics and use data-driven decision making for promotional planning recommendations and execution.
Develop and nurture relationships with partner team/buyers.
Proactively identify product, service, and marketplace issues and resolve them accordingly
Identify revenue growth opportunities for the channel and play a lead role with internal team members to execute on business development initiatives.
Research, recommend and implement processes associated with MAP compliance.
Work with the production team as necessary to ensure timely delivery & fulfillment.
Performs other duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Educations and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience with Amazon is a MUST.
2 – 4 years’ experience in e-commerce, online marketing or equivalent.
Related experience in managing ecommerce accounts (e.g.Build.com, Home Depot, Wayfair).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Independent worker who can collaborate with a team.
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Intermediate MS Excel (VLOOKUP function, sorting and filtering data)
PIM system experience
EDI, ERP, drop shipping system knowledge is a plus
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply)
- Ability to legally work without sponsorship for employment visa status.
