Delivery Traffic Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented traffic coordinator to direct and monitor the flow of multiple streams of client requests. The traffic coordinator’s responsibilities include tracking and disseminating information, creating schedules for the timely delivery of requests and identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules. You should also be able to prepare accurate progress reports for upper management.
This role will balance the needs of our team with production deadlines and client needs. In this position, you will oversee project schedules, liaising between teams throughout the production process to ensure requests are delivered on time. You may also assist with Q&A and approval before delivering the final assets.
In order to be successful as a traffic coordinator, you should have a working knowledge of project management software, specifically JIRA. Ultimately, an exceptional traffic coordinator should be adept at recommending solutions for workflow delays.
This is a remote role that can be done from anywhere in North America . We are unable to consider candidates in NY, CA, and MA at this time).
What you’ll be doing:
Identifying opportunities to adjust and revise work processes in order to increase efficiency.
Conducting daily meetings to ensure teams are aware of deadlines.
Preparing daily priority lists, weekly project status reports and project budgets.
Regularly tracking and updating project statuses.
Developing work schedules for various departments to ensure that projects and processes are on schedule.
Communicating potential problems to project teams and recommending solutions.
Creating timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects.
Informing project teams of any updates and changes as and when they occur.

A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
Sound knowledge of project management software, specifically Atlassian products.
Proven experience developing schedules and timelines for projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Extremely organized, methodical and detail-oriented.
Excellent communicator of concise, accurate deadline-driven information.
Understand people and should know instinctively when to push and when to let things simmer as they work to keep departments on track.
