RCM Technologies Data Analyst and Project Manager in United States

Job Title: Data Analyst and Project Manager Job Function: The Project Manager and Data Analyst is a dual role for a client build of a Data Warehouse. The primary role of this resource is as a data analyst. This role will work with Information Technology, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) Process Development Business Users, and vendors to identify data requirements for integration. This role will assist with source to target mapping, perform data profiling on incoming datasets and aid in performing testing of data integration jobs. In addition, this role will define, design, and create Tableau reports and dashboards. The second role is a project manager that involves creation and management of a detailed project plan. The project manager role also involves communication through risks, action items and status reports. * Minimum 5 years of industry experience with Pharmaceutical OR Biotech is required * Job Type: FTE/Contract Location: 100% Remote Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Information Technology, Process Development Business Users, and various vendors to understand data, integration and reporting requirements.

  • Gather reporting requirements and implement Tableau reports and dashboards.

  • Profile data using simple SQL commands.

  • Test data integration results.

  • Document Data Requirements based on user interview sessions.

  • Assist with source to target mappings for simple to complex data integration tasks.

  • Manage project team's schedule and project plan.

  • Lead daily sprint sessions and work with integration team on sprint planning.

  • Communicate project status in detailed project status and update program manager on status within the program.

    Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of data integration and reporting requirements in the CMC area, especially Process Development.

  • Minimum of 4 years creating Tableau reports and dashboards

  • Ability to profile data using SQL tools.

  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts

  • Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Medical Device organization.

  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment.

  • Experience testing data integration jobs utilizing SQL and job outputs.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.

  • Familiarity with the following is a plus:

  • Experience with CMC Stability, Equipment and Building Monitoring, Electronic Batch Records and other Process Development data and applications.

  • Experience with MasterControl and LabVantage a plus
