Tripleseat Customer Onboarding Specialist in United States

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Tripleseat, you will be an essential part of a team dedicated to ensuring the seamless onboarding, training, and long-term success of our newest customers. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the initial stages of their journey with Tripleseat, delivering high-quality training, and customizing the product to meet their specific needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers, applying your industry knowledge and relationship-building skills to drive customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Location: This position is open to remote candidates who are eligible to work in the United States. If the ideal candidate is based near our Concord, MA office, a hybrid work schedule will be offered.

Travel Expectations: If the ideal candidate is located outside the Concord, MA area, they will be required to complete initial onboarding at our Concord, MA office, followed by quarterly in-office visits and travel for company events.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own Customer Relationships: Manage the customer relationship during the onboarding phase with a high degree of autonomy, fostering trust and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Deliver High-Quality Training: Conduct detailed training sessions and product demonstrations that align with the customer's vision, highlighting Tripleseat as the best solution for their needs.

  • Drive Customer Adoption: Set and manage expectations during the early stages of the customer journey to ensure successful adoption of the Tripleseat platform.

  • Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee a pipeline of onboarding projects, ensuring that all deadlines and milestones are met while managing competing priorities.

  • Tailor Solutions to Customer Needs: Listen to and empathize with customers to ensure that the Tripleseat system is configured to meet their specific requirements.

  • Ensure Completion of Onboarding Criteria: Guarantee that all onboarding criteria are fulfilled before transitioning customers to the next phase of their journey with Tripleseat.

  • Support Educational Initiatives: Contribute to Tripleseat University and participate in on-the-road events to enhance customer learning and engagement.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly within Private Events, Sales, and Catering Departments.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize, and drive multiple projects to successful completion in a timely manner.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

  • Proven ability to analyze customer needs, identify issues, and implement solutions that align with customer goals.

  • A natural talent for building and nurturing relationships with customers, with a focus on empathy and understanding.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other members of the onboarding team.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple workflows simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong sense of empathy and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level, with a positive and humorous approach.

Preferred Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in using the Tripleseat platform.

  • Experience specifically within Private Events, Sales, and Catering Departments is highly preferred.
