About the position:

The Customer Intelligence Data Analyst leverages our customer’s iWarehouse forklift telemetry data to provide custom analytics, reporting, and KPI visualizations to internal and external stakeholders with a goal of driving customer success. They work closely with team members in our Professional Services group to provide a holistic consulting solution for our customer’s material handling fleet management data needs.

You will:

  • Query and interpret data sets for presentation directly to clients
  • Build custom reports and dashboard visualizations for client consumption/use
  • Work through specification and definition of client reporting needs
  • Explain and transfer completed analyses to account owners for client delivery
  • Create, review, and interpret complex reports
  • Act as an internal resource for analytics and reporting projects in a manufacturing environment
  • Lead skilled professional teams in planning and coordinating projects
  • Provide analysis to senior and executive level staff inside and outside the Company regarding best practices on customer data
  • Provide advice and counsel regarding technical and/or specialized knowledge to all levels of employees across divisions
  • Utilize skills to streamline processes
  • Document all procedures created

About you:

  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in Python and/or R
  • Machine Learning Modeling experience
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Proficient in a business intelligence systems – preferably Power BI
  • Experienced in data analysis and reporting
  • Able to interpret technical information relating to computer programming and other areas of data processing
  • Able to effectively resolve problems, identify and analyze key information from multiple sources, determine root cause, and find the best solution from among various alternatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

It would be great if you had:

  • A bachelor's degree in business intelligence, computer science, business administration or related field of study
  • Knowledge of MS Visual Studio
  • Snowflake experience
  • Knowledge of Data Base Management Systems
  • Knowledge of MS Azure Cloud
  • Knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement principles
  • Customer-facing presentation skills

About the schedule: This position is work remote eligible.

If preferred, a hybrid schedule can be considered for candidates local to Greene, New York.

About remote work:

Fully remote candidates will be considered based on experience and skill set. Fully remote candidates may be required to travel to Greene, NY for onboarding and/or periodically throughout the year based on business need. About the total compensation package:

Salary - $65,781 - $84,340 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
