The Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution, clinical services and education.
The hourly range for this position is $64.00 - $112.46. Minimum Education: • Pharm.D degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Minimum Experience/Knowledge: • 2 Years hospital or ambulatory infusion experience or completion of a residency program in a hospital or ambulatory infusion setting. • 3 years of oncology experience or oncology residency preferred. Required License/Certification: • Current pharmacy licensure with California State Board of Pharmacy Keck and Norris Hospital: • BLS certification for Healthcare Provider, ACLS certification from American Heart Association. *(Not required for all off-site clinics)) • Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date. *(Required within LA City County only)
