Overview
We are looking for a Centralized Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This position will directly report to the Manager of Centralized Admissions and is responsible for overseeing that all referrals are sent via fax, telephone, email and through an electronic platform. This includes oversight and timely response to all referrals issued by subscribing facilities and implementation of all aspects associated with acceptance and/or response to all referrals and coordination with the local branch.
About You
High school diplomas or equivalent with customer service experience; Bachelor’s degree in business, social work, psychology or nursing or equivalent business experience preferred
Excellent organization skills
Able to multi task
Must be able to work in an interdisciplinary setting and have the ability to maintain business and clinical files in a systematic and orderly fashion
LPN/LVN certification preferred
