A Day in Your Life at MKS:

We are looking for an exceptional Business Process Specialist to join our Business Process Management (BPM) and Master Data Management (MDM) Team, as part of the Global Supply Chain organization. They will develop materials such as contracts, policies, service requirements, existing process/procedure documentation, and/or related documentation and information. They will work with our Supply Chain Team- procurement, category management, sourcing, materials, master scheduling and logistics .

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Using experience and business knowledge, understand source materials such as contracts, policies, service requirements, existing process/procedure documentation, and/or related documentation and information.

  • Understand the strategic approach to business process design and evolution.

  • Work within established governance model and framework to support the development and use of tools and training as appropriate.

  • Work closely with business teams to ensure proposed process designs are consistent with established requirements and the workflow is in line with the scope of the team.

  • Ensure any needed change management efforts are determined, designed, planned, and executed appropriately prior to process implementation.

  • Monitor effectiveness of processes and proactively engage with teams to evolve approaches, mechanisms, tools, and processes.

  • Develop appropriate reports and presentations to all levels of the organization.

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, with experience in a related role.

  • 4+ years of experience implementing Business Process Management (BPM) processes in medium to large enterprises, preferably in manufacturing organizations.

  • Business Process knowledge and experience developing, optimizing and governing global business process.

  • Strong exposure to ERPs (Oracle EBS or SAP ECC) in a manufacturing industry.

  • Strong business relationships and understanding o f tools and systems relevant to Business Process Management

  • Familiarity with Data Governance and Master Data Management tools.

  • Ability to define problems, research and collect data, establish facts, handle conflict resolution, and escalate issues appropriately.

  • Expert level understanding of data life cycle management with ability to advise approaches and phases to implementing enterprise scale solutions.

  • Exposure to Data warehouse and Business Intelligence reporting

  • A self-starter with ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

  • Superior MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, work on multiple assignments and adopt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual Spanish-English is required.
