What role will you play?

You will work on one of the key strategic digitalization projects on one of our customer sites.

In that role, you will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, customer needs, and portal requirements.

  • Convert business needs into user stories, requirements documents, and workflows.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and challenges, and develop reports to communicate findings.

  • Lead workshops and discussions to gather functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Identify process improvements through the customer portal.

Solution Design Support

  • Work with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure the portal meets business needs.

  • Provide input on wireframes, prototypes, and feature designs with a user-centric approach.

  • Assist in evaluating solution options considering functionality, scalability, and cost.

Stakeholder Communication and Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Update project stakeholders on progress, challenges, and key decisions.

  • Assist in managing stakeholder expectations and clarifying requirements as the project evolves.

  • Assist in project planning, scope definition, and project management activities. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigating actions.

Testing and Quality Assurance

  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop test cases, test scripts, and validation processes.

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinating with end users to ensure the portal meets business and customer needs.

Post-Implementation Support

  • Assist in the launch and post-launch phases by monitoring the portal’s performance, gathering user feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Document lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives for future iterations of the portal.

What do you need to have?

  • You have at least 5-7 years’ experience in business analysis, product or service management with a focus on digital transformation and/or AI.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

  • You are familiar with technologies like Generative AI, Smart Automation, low code, business process management is preferred

  • Strong analytical abilities to examine data, identify trends and solve business problems.

  • You have experience in working at the intersection between different stakeholders like development teams, customers, and ecosystem partners.

  • You have proven skills in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban preferably as business analyst and/or product owner.

  • You are familiar with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • You have experience in writing Features and EPICs

  • You can plan and drive workshops, identify, co-ordinate and align requirements applying methods from customer development and design thinking.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with customer portals, CRM systems, and web technologies is a plus.

  • You speak English fluently.

  • Previous knowledge from SAP would be beneficial.
