Sr Mgr, Procurement/Purchasing
Job Description
- Procurement operations with outsourced suppliers including Assembly and Test house
Strategic sourcing : price, capacity
Building relationships with suppliers and coordinating with related internal departments
Coordinate with other dept on RFI/RFQ
Work closely with other procurement teams
coodinate between US EU and Asia sales among suppliers with Asia proc team
Contract clause negotiation
Organizing QBR (Supplier performance review/Score monitoring)
Manage 11 staffs
Coaching and develop team members
Be able to propose strategy for each suppliers and overall OSAT accounts
Qualifications
Experience or knowledge of work related to OSAT/Test house
Ability to collect and summarize information in Agile manner
Fluent in both verbal and written English
Negotiation skill, coordination skill, communication skill , knowledge of contracts
Expertise in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and materials
