AON Processing Manager in Thailand

Processing Manager

Assist team to oversee our business processes and transactions follow all relevant laws, group requirement and internal policies. Support users on the core applications of the company including monitor and analyses data to help company take actionable steps to improve data quality and all operational KPIs. Responsible for driving the delivery of new initiatives from global and regional team. Perform monthly revenue analysis, reporting to management and facilitate all business units to comply with the corporate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the business to effectively manage legal and compliance risks and implementing control policies to ensure compliance with applicable requirements, ethical standards, and the risk appetite.

  • Promoting awareness of new laws and regulations and establishing and maintaining mechanisms to monitor ongoing compliance.

  • Assist in preparing for impending regulatory changes or revisions.

  • Assist team to handle the monitoring and assessment program for Data privacy, PDPA and all related law and group requirement.

  • Handle the management and execution of second line monitoring and assessment program for AML/CTPF, sanction, anti-bribery corruption and others as required by the company group standard and the regulations upon requested.

  • Assist in general compliance awareness and refresher training.

  • Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.

  • Support business units on relevant core applications as a super user including facilitating them on data quality.

  • Plan, manage, co-ordinate and implement new initiatives from regional team with local operations.

  • Conduct the training for the refreshers and new users on the core applications.

  • Monthly monitor the business units on the data quality’s KPIs.

  • Co-ordinate with account servicers and sales team on data-driven sales forecasting to generate monthly revenue forecast and provide analytical review and feedback to executive management.

  • Creating monthly performance and useful reports for management team.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

    Experience:

    3 - 5 years’ experience in overseeing business process, accounting, auditing, or related fields. Experience in insurance industry is an advantage.

    Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.

  • Strong in analytical and communication skills

  • Positive thinking, self-motivated, good attitude and team-oriented working style.

  • Organized and be able to work under pressure

  • Working experience in insurance industry will be an advantage.

  • Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must
