Job Description:

The role is for the position of VP – Identity and Access Management Systems within Information Technology Department under Asian Systems Office.

The successful candidate will be part of a growing dynamic regional team that oversees IT design and development of Identity Access Management Systems and its functions to meet business and compliance needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IAM frameworks and solutions.

  • Analyze business needs to determine access control requirements

  • Creating and implementing identity and access management strategies.

  • Designing secure systems that manage user identity and access privileges.

  • Managing IAM technologies and tools, and defining process and procedure to ensure security controls are maintained.

  • Working with stakeholders and other teams to ensure IAM platforms are effectively integrated.

  • Developing and maintaining documentation and standards for identity management.

  • Providing technical leadership on a variety of enterprise systems and applications.

  • Ensuring that identity and access management solutions are delivered in a manner that meets business needs.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IAM trends and best practices

  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business requirements.

  • Engage multiple stakeholders and leverage related security products or technologies to recommend solution architectures and designs needed to monitor and report on IAM related data across multiple governance agencies.

  • Work closely with the project managers, Security and Compliance personnel, application developers and other administrators in creating functional, scalable, and secure identity management solutions from design and development through implementation for business clients.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of risk and change management, security policies and controls, user account life-cycle management, roles-based access, access management, active directory, and other related Identity Management concepts.

  • Evaluate and identify industry solutions suitable for customers’ present and future requirements, fulfil existing gaps, is scalable, robust, easy to use and economically maintainable.

  • Lead and prepare low level architectural design solutions, evaluate and finalize a robust and cost-effective solution which meets all the requirements and no impact on dependent applications.

  • Design High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures for IAMS.

  • Prepare artifacts for data flow design diagrams with all use case diagrams which covers data modelling between IAMS and target applications.

  • Prepare a detailed deployment/ cut over plan with perfect go-live strategy which covers all the teams and all other dependent impacting (source and target) applications team’s activities.

  • Co-ordinate with Change management team and implement change requests.

  • Specifying technical requirements for leadership for data integrity, privacy, and security of directory services.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 8 of years’ experience in Identity and Access Management domain, with 3+ years’ experience with technical development, support, and maintenance of Identity Governance tools.

  • Experience with the identity tools (e.g., Oracle IM/ Oracle IG, SailPoint, Saviynt, One identity solution).

  • Hands-on development and implementation of workflows and data integration/transformations in an identity management project using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) workflow engine and experience Custom Scheduled tasks, Custom SOA approval Workflows and Event Handlers, Knowledge in ADF UI Customization, Knowledge of configuring Segregation of Duties with OIM 11gR2/12C

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field preferred.

  • Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) are also beneficial.
