Oracle Senior Sales Manager, CGIU (Enterprise Accounts) in Singapore

Job Description

The applicant will be responsible to lead business model and strategy to execute Revenue Targets for both Direct and Indirect business in the assigned region and key assigned accounts, Should have strong sales background and existing relationships with End customers & prospects in the Singapore and ASEAN region. The role will require interpersonal skills, technical skills, and an understanding of Oracle strategies and business model.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct / Indirect Sales for Oracle Communications solutions to Enterprise Customers & Key service providers in the assigned region

  • Responsible and accountable for achieving allocated quarterly and annual sales quota for Product (Hardware & license) & first year maintenance.

  • Prospect and increase awareness of Oracle Communications’ products in the region, building a sustainable and growing pipeline of opportunities.

  • Account management for existing Oracle Communications customer accounts, Manage ongoing relationships & handle end to end responsibility of Customer requirements, business challenge and propose suitable solutions.

  • Identification of expansion opportunities in existing accounts by cross selling and upselling of advanced solution relevant to customer roadmap.

  • Engagement with key System Integrators, Resellers and Distributors in the Voice Communications domain to achieve defined target for indirect business.

  • Work in conjunction with other Oracle lines of business to identify opportunities in the Oracle installed base and/or net new accounts.

  • Manage and close Oracle Communications sales opportunities through account and opportunity planning and execution.

  • Learn and maintain process and functional knowledge and associated business benefits of Oracle Communications products customer references, competitors and industry trends

  • Work Along with Product experts and Solution consultants to develop presentations, content and Value proposition specific to customer business environment.

  • Negotiate pricing, concessions and contractual agreement to close the sale.

  • Manage entire Sales-cycle management including Delivery, Execution and ongoing Support Engagements.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Track record of selling communication products & Solutions in Singapore and ASEAN region including enterprises and contact centres

  • Strong business and technical acumen with a good understanding of the market drivers and company strategies.

  • Proven ability and track record to individually perform all aspects of a sales cycle from gaining initial interest to closure and beyond.

  • Experience in managing relationships with End Customer and partners in Unified Communication & Contact Center market space.

  • Experience in Leading direct customer engagements, Technology presentations, business discussions and negotiations.

  • Background & Understanding of Voice Communications, IP Networks & Cloud communications.

  • Understanding of the ASEAN market leading Enterprise customers, Service providers, Resellers & distributors in the Voice communications domain

  • Adaptive to work in a team environment with presales, Channel account Managers, ISR’s and backend Sales operations.

  • Agility to adapt to complex business situations and competitive environments, due knowledge of key competitors in the ASEAN region

  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
