Google Business Excellence Lead, Google Cloud in Singapore

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.

  • 15 years of experience in an Enterprise Technology company, Business Excellence, Sales Operations, or Sales Management role.

  • Experience with project management and problem solving.

  • Experience building relationships and communicating with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Six Sigma or Lean certification process design and implementation.

  • Experience in establishing new processes and cadence within high-growth organizations.

  • Ability to navigate and influence within a business environment.

  • Ability to componentize problems, prioritizing the most impact initiatives and driving disciplined execution.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As the Business Excellence lead, you will be responsible for driving initiatives which help the cloud business and the field organization scale and accelerate business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for process innovation, as well as leading and driving efforts to improve organizational productivity. You will work on initiatives to improve internal processes and partner with relevant parts of the business, systems, and product teams to identify solutions for problems in a scalable way.

  • Understand the current systems, tools, and process landscape and lead productivity enhancement initiatives programmatically to drive business automation, agility, and efficiencies.

  • Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and with executive stakeholders to influence the product and tool roadmap, and be a liaison for field organization (e.g., sellers, CEs, etc.) and the systems teams.

  • Drive and change management to land process, tool, and policy changes across the organization.

  • Build and implement scalable mechanisms to monitor progress and drive adoption of new tools, policies, and processes across the organization.
