As our new Conference & Banquet Manager , you’ll be at the helm of creating unforgettable guest experiences. Whether it’s orchestrating a grand conference banquet or ensuring every detail is perfect for a casual coffee meeting, you’ll lead the way in delivering excellence.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise banquet staff, assign tasks, and communicate objectives while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Staff Management: Train team members, provide necessary tools, and manage staffing actions like scheduling, disciplinary measures, and recognition.
Event Execution: Ensure banquet setups and service delivery meet guest expectations and align with event orders. Conduct pre-function briefings and inspect event areas for cleanliness, proper layout, and readiness.
Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen staff, AV teams, and other departments to align on menu delivery, technical needs, and service flow.
Guest Experience: Greet guests, handle requests or complaints promptly, and implement service recovery to ensure satisfaction.
Inventory & Budget Control: Maintain and secure banquet inventory, control expenses, and contribute to budget planning.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure banquet areas and equipment are clean, functional, and ready for use. Report maintenance needs to Engineering.
Teamwork: Foster collaboration with Sales, Catering, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
What we need from you
● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
● 4+ years’ related experience, including management experience
● Must speak local language
● Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
